We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders received by 11am AEST are generally processed and dispatched within 48 hours, where possible.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days.

Important information when estimating delivery

Please note that dispatch and delivery timeframes can be affected by the following:

• Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays if the fulfilling store is closed

• Dispatch may take longer during busy or promotional periods due to higher order volumes

• Payment authorisation and address verification must be completed before an order can be processed

• PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers: We do not deliver to these. Please provide a street address. 

• SportsPower stores also serve in-store customers, and online orders are fulfilled alongside in-store operations

• The store fulfilling your order is not confirmed until processing, and your order may be dispatched from a store outside your local area
