Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve had second thoughts about your Click & Collect purchase:

Click & Collect orders are managed by the store where the order was collected. Returns for Click & Collect purchases cannot be processed via standard online returns.

To exchange a product, please return to the store where you collected your order to facilitate the exchange.

You can return your item within 14 days of collection.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Please bring your proof of purchase and return the item to the same store where you collected your order.

The store team will assess your return and can offer an exchange or store credit, based on your preference.

If you’d prefer a refund back to your original payment method, the store team will contact our Support Office to process this on your behalf.
Please note: refunds cannot be processed directly in-store.

Refunds are processed by our Support Office during business days once approved.
Please allow up to 72 hours for funds to appear in your account once processed.

Each SportsPower store is independently owned and operated, and final approval of change-of-mind returns is at the discretion of the store team.

To avoid delays, please use one contact method only when following up on a return (either in-store or via Support Office), rather than contacting multiple channels at the same time.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please return it to the store where you collected your order.

The store team will assess the issue and advise you on the next steps.

In most cases, faulty items need to be sent to the supplier for assessment. The allocated store will be able to provide guidance on expected timeframes and resolution options.

All returns and remedies will be handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.
