All returns and refunds must be made to the store of purchase or dispatch.
Items cannot be returned to a different SportsPower store.
In-store purchases
Items purchased in store must be returned to the same SportsPower store where the purchase was made.
As each store is independently owned and operated, returns cannot be processed at other locations.
Online purchases
If you purchased your item online, please contact our Customer Support Team via the SportsPower Help Centre using the Report Issue option.
Our team will coordinate with the store that dispatched your order to facilitate the return and guide you through the next steps.
To avoid delays, please use one contact method only and do not contact multiple stores or channels at the same time.
