You can request an address update within 15 minutes of placing your order by contacting us via chat or through the Help Centre by selecting “Report an Issue.”
After this time, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address, as orders move quickly into processing and are sent directly to our stores for fulfilment.
If your order has already been processed, you may wish to contact the delivery carrier once you receive your tracking details to check if any redirection options are available.
