You can request to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it by contacting us via chat or through the Help Centre by selecting “Report an Issue.”
After this time, we’re unable to cancel orders, as they are sent directly to our stores for processing and fulfilment.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, you can return it once received in line with our returns policy.
